We are a group of modelling enthusiasts that reside in the Malvern Hills area and Worcestershire region. We were organised in July of 2022 with originally only 5 members who have now grown to over 60 members. We come from a wide range of backgrounds from retired military, both US and British, pensioners and modellers with full time daily jobs. We are a part of the International Plastic Modellers Society (IPMS) since 2022 as well. We display our creations at local shows from Gloucester, Avon, Birmingham and end the year with the Scale Model World Show in Telford for an event that hosts modelling groups from all of Europe. Our modelling interests range from military, civilian vehicles, aerospace and assorted figures. Our group meets every 4th Tuesday at the Malvern Vale Community Centre on the Malvern Vale WR14 1GU from 6:30 to 9:30pm. See Home Page for more details and map.

Retired from the US Army in 2001, I moved to the UK in Dec 2018. Seeing that there wasn’t a modelling club in the area, I began querying social media in 2022 and formed a group of 5 fellow members who had a strong passion for modelling like myself, and we have grown ever since. My interest is in military, mainly WW2, civilian vehicles and creating dioramas to tell their story. When doing my builds, I tend to not build straight from the box, I’m always adding extra details to make it come alive and to tell that story.

Currently 61 years old, I’m back into modelling for the third time, now that I have the time. I enjoy building kits that are not your ordinary builds. You will see my kits are the ones that others wouldn’t consider building. Other passions are photography and enjoying a pint of real ale.
